These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Innocent Beauty Hair website, booking services, salon services, and related offerings.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing applicable products or services, or receiving salon services, you agree to the terms applicable to your interaction with Innocent Beauty Hair.
SALON SERVICES
Salon services are provided based on the service selected, consultation, professional judgment, hair/scalp condition, available products/materials, and other relevant circumstances.
Results vary between individuals. Photographs, descriptions, reference images, social media content, and examples of previous work illustrate possible results but do not guarantee an identical outcome.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients should disclose known allergies, sensitivities, scalp concerns, or other conditions that could reasonably affect a requested service.
Services may be postponed, modified, or declined when there are open wounds, lice, active infections, contagious scalp conditions, severe scalp irritation, or another condition that may create a health or sanitation concern.
Your original policy already identifies these conditions and explains why they protect clients, professionals, and salon guests.
SERVICE RISKS & CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Braiding, extensions, weaving, wig installation, adhesives, heat, products, scalp treatments, and other beauty services may cause temporary sensitivity, tension, discomfort, or irritation for some individuals.
Clients should immediately inform their stylist of excessive tension, burning, pain, discomfort, or unexpected reactions so reasonable adjustments can be considered.
AFTERCARE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Protective styles require appropriate maintenance.
Prolonged wear, excessive tension, product buildup, insufficient cleansing, improper maintenance, or failure to follow recommended aftercare may contribute to dryness, tangling, matting, breakage, buildup, or scalp irritation.
Clients are responsible for appropriate maintenance after leaving the salon.
PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT
Our professionals may recommend modifying or declining a requested service when they reasonably believe the service may compromise hair/scalp integrity, sanitation, safety, or the quality of the result.
PRICING
Prices displayed on our website or booking system are based on the services and options described.
Prices may change, and additional charges may apply when additional products, hair, time, length, density, customization, preparation, or services are required or requested.
BOOKING POLICY
Appointments are also governed by our separate Booking Policy, including payment, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, hair-included, and refund/service-concern provisions.
By booking, clients acknowledge the Booking Policy applicable to their appointment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Innocent Beauty Hair's website content, original photographs, graphics, branding, logos, service descriptions, written materials, educational content, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Innocent Beauty Hair and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, subject to applicable law.
MEDIA CONSENT
Innocent Beauty Hair may request permission to photograph or record service results.
Identifiable photographs or videos may be used for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional content, or educational/salon-related content when appropriate permission has been provided.
Media consent is optional and is not required to purchase or receive salon services.
Your existing document already makes media permission optional, which I would preserve.
WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information, service descriptions, pricing, availability, and other content accurate and current.
However, errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical issues may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content, pricing, policies, or service information, subject to applicable obligations.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or booking process may use or link to third-party platforms.
Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse our website or booking systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, use them fraudulently, or use Innocent Beauty Hair's content or systems in an unlawful manner.
RESPECTFUL SALON ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, professional, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, intimidation, discrimination, or conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of clients or team members will not be tolerated.
Innocent Beauty Hair may discontinue or decline service when reasonably necessary to protect our clients, professionals, business, or salon environment, subject to applicable law. This preserves the professional-conduct standard already included in your current policy.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
Because hair, scalp condition, lifestyle, maintenance, products, and individual characteristics vary, Innocent Beauty Hair cannot guarantee a particular duration of wear, hair-growth result, or identical outcome between clients.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
The current version and effective date will be made available on our website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of Colorado, without limiting any consumer rights that may apply.
