BOOKING POLICY

Effective September 2026

Thank you for choosing Innocent Beauty Hair.

Every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with the time, attention, care, and elevated experience you deserve. Our booking policies are designed to respect your time, protect the time of our beauty professionals, and allow us to provide an exceptional experience to every guest.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

Before completing your booking, please carefully review your:

• Service

• Appointment date and time

• Hairstyle and size

• Desired length

• Hair color

• Add-ons

• Price

• Service description and preparation instructions

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

Your appointment is not confirmed until all required booking steps and applicable deposits or payments have been successfully completed.

If you are unsure which service to select, please contact Innocent Beauty Hair before booking so our team can help guide you.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Any required deposit, booking fee, or prepayment will be displayed during checkout.

A $50 deposit is required for EVERY appointment.

The remaining service balance is due at the end of the appointment during checkout.

Prices displayed during booking are based on the service and options selected.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra length

• Extra fullness or density

• Additional human hair

• Additional bundles

• Specialty/custom colors

• Premium hair upgrades

• Take-down

• Excessive detangling

• Additional time

• Significant changes to the originally booked service

• Other requested add-ons

Whenever reasonably possible, additional charges will be communicated before the additional service is performed.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. However, your appointment reserves dedicated time with one of our professionals.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 75% of the total scheduled service amount.

Please cancel as early as possible so that we have an opportunity to make the appointment available to another client.

RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Each appointment may be transferred/rescheduled one time.

After the permitted reschedule, a new appointment and new deposit will be required.

A rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

NO-SHOWS

An appointment is considered a no-show when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and has not cancelled or rescheduled within the required timeframe.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking and/or a requirement to prepay future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

We provide a 10-minute grace period.

Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you expect to arrive late.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on stylist availability and appointments scheduled afterward.

Applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or late-arrival charges may apply.

HAIR INCLUDED

Certain Innocent Beauty Hair services include hair as part of our all-inclusive salon experience.

The type, quantity, standard length, and available colors of included hair depend on the service booked.

When premium human hair is included, the amount and specifications will be stated in the applicable service description.

Additional charges may apply for additional length, fullness, human hair, bundles, specialty/custom colors, premium upgrades, or significant changes to the originally booked hairstyle.

REFERENCE PHOTOS, HAIR COLOR & STYLE SELECTION

Clients are strongly encouraged to submit a clear reference photo showing the desired hairstyle, size, length, and color.

Reference photos help our professionals understand your vision but are used for inspiration and communication purposes. Exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

Results may vary based on natural hair texture, density, length, scalp condition, facial structure, previous treatments, extension availability, and other individual characteristics.

Significant changes should be communicated before your appointment whenever possible.

CLIENT-PROVIDED HAIR

When a client provides their own extensions, wig, adhesive, or other hair/product, Innocent Beauty Hair cannot guarantee its quality, compatibility, durability, longevity, or performance.

Additional charges may apply when client-provided hair requires preparation, customization, detangling, modification, or additional service time.

REFUNDS & SERVICE CONCERNS

Completed salon services are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us as soon as possible.

Service concerns should preferably be brought to our attention before leaving the salon or within 3 days of your appointment.

Eligible concerns will be reviewed individually to determine whether a reasonable correction or adjustment is appropriate.

Eligibility may depend on the original service, condition of the hair, maintenance, aftercare, normal wear, and circumstances surrounding the concern.

Innocent Beauty Hair does not guarantee a specific duration of wear, rate of hair growth, or identical results between clients.

BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your appointment booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable Innocent Beauty Hair Booking Policy.
