All appointments must be booked online. Please ensure the correct service is selected before confirming your booking.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment before future bookings. -
To maintain a calm and professional environment, children who are not receiving services are not permitted.

Yes. Take-down services must be booked separately and selected at the time of booking.

Hair must be clean, fully detangled, and free of oils or products unless otherwise stated. Failure to arrive with properly prepared hair may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

For braiding appointments, hair must be properly prepped before arrival. Additional detangling or blow-drying will incur extra charges. Please confirm desired length and size prior to your appointment.

All wigs must be clean and ready for installation. Wig customization, bleaching, or styling must be booked separately. Innocent Beauty Hair is not responsible for wigs purchased outside the salon.

Install services are for ready-to-install units only. Any additional preparation required may result in extra fees or rescheduling.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payments. Full payment is due at the completion of your service.
