  • All appointments must be booked online. Please ensure the correct service is selected before confirming your booking.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
    Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment before future bookings.

  • To maintain a calm and professional environment, children who are not receiving services are not permitted.

  • Yes. Take-down services must be booked separately and selected at the time of booking.

  • Hair must be clean, fully detangled, and free of oils or products unless otherwise stated. Failure to arrive with properly prepared hair may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

  • For braiding appointments, hair must be properly prepped before arrival. Additional detangling or blow-drying will incur extra charges. Please confirm desired length and size prior to your appointment.

  • All wigs must be clean and ready for installation. Wig customization, bleaching, or styling must be booked separately. Innocent Beauty Hair is not responsible for wigs purchased outside the salon.

  • Install services are for ready-to-install units only. Any additional preparation required may result in extra fees or rescheduling.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payments. Full payment is due at the completion of your service.
